Gaye has worked extensively on the establishment and delivery of strategic system improvement and reform in the health, aged care and human service sectors. Her experience includes designing and leading large stakeholder engagement processes on strategic issues, the establishment and implementation of business models and workforce arrangements that have reoriented services to the needs of the consumer, improved efficiency, and delivered a more consistent standard of services that met community expectations.

Gaye’s work has encompassed government, peak bodies, medical colleges, service providers, universities, and clinical research organisations. Gaye’s work has also spanned numerous health settings, including acute, aged care, rural and regional, disability and community-based organisations.
